Workplace Tokyu Hotels Headquarters (Shibuya) and hotel locations within the Tokyo metropolitan area
Work hours Headquarters: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (hotel locations: shifts determined by the Variable Working Hours System)
Holidays and leave of absence Headquarters: 106–112 days off per year (actual number varies depending on whether certain national holidays fall on weekdays), yearly paid vacation, special leave for weddings and funerals (hotel locations: 104 days off per year, yearly paid vacation, special leave for weddings and funerals)
Starting salary Based on FY2018 results: \203,000 (base salary + Life Plan supplement)
Raises/ Bonuses 1 wage adjustment per year/ 2 bonuses per year (summer and winter)
Allowances Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, late-night supplementary wage allowance, capability allowance
Welfare benefits Comprehensive social insurance, Tokyu Mutual Aid Association, Tokyu Group Employee Shareholding Association
